This
project is designed to assist Cambodia to make
effective use of the Convention on Biological
Diversity and to produce a strategy and an action
plan for the use and protection of biodiversity. In
developing these outputs the capacity of Cambodian
nationals is to be strengthened, and a number of
reports produced, including one on the status of the
country’s biodiver-sity, and also a First National
Communication to the Conference of Parties of the
Convention on Biological Diversity.
