project will address in a coordinated and planned
manner three particular thematic areas:
Biodiversity, Climate Change and Land Degradation,
as well as cross cutting issues and synergies
between those focus areas.The primary objective is
to identify country level priorities and needs for
capacity development to address Global Environmental
